The office staff was friendly and I got in to see Dr Cotter quickly, which is always nice. I appreciate her calm demeanor and friendliness throughout the 20+ years that I’ve been going to her. Her expertise in her field is very reassuring to me as her patient, and I would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Cotter explained my condition very well and answered all my questions. She gave me samples of products I will need for my treatment. I liked how she saw I had list questions, and went over all my questions. I also appreciate the samples as I’m not working or have income coming in , so that helps too. I also liked how she stayed after 5pm to finish consult.
